1.0 PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the Government to issue a future RFP or contract. The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources, obtain capability information, assess subcontracting potential, and gather Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for procuring Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services at Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi (NASMER) and its Outlying Airfield Joe Williams (OLFJW), located in DeKalb, Mississippi.
