What this contract is for
UPDATE: SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE N6945026RMER1 IS AMENDED TO CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1. Response Due Date: A discrepancy between the Sources Sought Questionnaire and SAM.gov. The official response deadline is June 20, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT. The questionnaire has been updated to correct the previously listed date of June 15, 2026, at 2:00pm. 2. Non-Recurring Service Pricing of 6-Yard and 8-Yard Containers: The price is based on, the contractor delivering a new unit to the site to be used no less than one month in duration (30 calendar days) with a service frequency of once per week (four times a month), and to permanently transport the unit off site when the Government determines the unit is longer needed. This is an "all inclusive" price for supplying, delivering, monthly servicing, and retrieval of an additional 6cy or 8cy container. (see specification item 4.1 & 4.2) 3. Non-Recurring Service Pricing of 20-Yard, 30-Yard, and 40-Yard Containers: The price is based on a single all-inclusive rate to deliver, haul, and dispose of the bulk waste unit. The Government does not disburse vendor payment until after disposal. 4. Procurement History: The Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) service requirements for NASMER and OLFJW are perpetual. Below is a 10-year history of related past procurements. How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
