What this contract is for
Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the renovation of 2, Bell, Units 5 & 6, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The U.S. Consulate intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, The mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday July 30, 2026 by 11:00am. (local time) at the US Consulate General site, 2, Bell, Ikoyi, Lagos. Please send the name(s) of those coming for the inspection before 1:00PM on Monday July 27, 2026. Those coming must come with a Government issued photo ID (e.g. Driver’s license, PVC card, Int’l passport, NIN) bearing the same name(s) provided. Soft copy is not acceptable. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact [email protected] by July 27, 2026 by 1:00p.m. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Proposals are due by August 17, 2026, at 4 p.m. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
