The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required for Major Maintenance & Repair (M&R) at USCG Sector Field Office, Southwest Harbor, ME including repairs to building exterior of the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and the Galley Building.

This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million.

The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required.
