Revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) The attached revised PWS, titled "RevisedBldg5and60DoorsPWS", replaces the previous version in its entirety.

This document details updated requirements for the replacement of exterior doors at Edward P.

Boland VAMC, including scope, performance constraints, and site access requirements.

Please review the revised PWS for updated specifications and compliance standards.

Revised Line-Item Template The line-item template has been updated to include revised descriptions, quantities, contract periods, and pricing for each door replacement (Building 5, Building 60 East, North, and West) .

Please use the attached line-item template when preparing your quote.

Site Visit A site visit is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Edward P.

Boland VAMC, 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053.

Attendance is strongly encouraged.

Please meet outside of Building 60 (Chapel) and contact [email protected] for question regarding campus access.

Photos of Exterior Doors Photos of the exterior doors to be replaced are included in the revised PWS (Appendix A, pages 6 9).

These images provide visual reference for Building 5 and Building 60 (East, North, and West entrances).

Extension of Due Dates RFIs: The due date for submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) is extended to August 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.

Quotes: The due date for submission of quotes is extended to August 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.

All Other Terms and Conditions All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
