THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up postings. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract to perform the 15kV Switchgear & Station Service Replacement at Lake Tenkiller, Oklahoma. The proposed design-bid-build project will be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside, firm-fixed price contract in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 15, Negotiated Procurement, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach. Tradeoffs will not be permitted. Project Description: The work includes Replace the three existing 15kV switchgear lineups for the generator breakers and station service transformer feeder breakers.
