Scope

The City of New Haven seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide digital and social media communications support for the Office of the Mayor under the direction of the City’s Director of Communications. Services include, but are not limited to, communications strategy and content planning; copywriting; graphic design; photography and video production; social media account management and audience engagement; and performance analytics and reporting. The selected contractor will also develop social media and branding guidance and assist City departments with digital communications. Supplemental press and public information support may be requested. Proposers must demonstrate capacity to provide at least 20 hours of service per week, scheduling flexibility, and regular on-site availability in New Haven for filming and other approved assignments.
