What this contract is for
The United States Air Force (USAF) through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB, OK 73145 is contemplating to procure services of the repair of the F108 COMPRESSOR INLET TEMPERATURE (CIT) SENSORS, NSN: 2915-01-139-6618PN. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all materials to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the F108 Compressor Inlet Temperature (CIT) Sensors. The work encompasses the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair, reassembly, testing, and finishing actions rquired to return the item to a serviceable condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract with a one (1) year basic period and four (4) one-year options is contemplated. In accordance with RFO 22.1003-6(b), this repair shall be deemed to be a service and as such, will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute. The Government intends to issue a sole-source solicitation FA8122-26-R-B001 on or about 22 July 2026 with a closing response date of 21 August 2026 and estimated award date of on or about 01 October 2026 (These dates are subject to change).
