Scope

Contracting Office: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (EURAFCENT) Naples, Italy, PDC & EXPD Branch Contracting Officer: Daniel Magrino, [email protected] This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to execute a Justification and Approval under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the current contract N33191-25-C-6015 D-B Helipad in Cyprus to incorporate additional scope for Helipad Parking Apron.

Without this limited source action there would be an unreasonable constraint in the Agency’s ability to complete the required work for a fully function facility, which in turn will compromise mission readiness, diminish airfield safety and capabilities, and will delay the availability of required facilities to support the combat missions.

The work to be performed will provide for Design-Build construction of a Helicopter Parking Apron in order for a fully functional facility for the operations of the Helicopters in and out of Mari Naval Base, Cyprus.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
