Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to supply and install a secure, highly durable section of security fencing at the northeast corner of Sector Field Office Fort Macon, NC.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238990 and size standard of $19,000,000.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.

All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on August 14, 2026 via email to [email protected].

Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.

Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON August 6, 2026.

An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time.

No oral questions will be accepted.

All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes.

A site visit will be held at 1000 hours on August 4, 2026 at SFO Fort Macon, 2301 E Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512.

Interested parties must arrange site visits with ET1 Andrew Miller, [email protected] a minimum of three (3) days in advance.

All visitors must present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification and provide the following information: full name, date of birth, and driver’s license number.
