Notice of Intent to Modify FRR VI MATOC to Increase Capacity PANHES-26-P-0000-030984 The United States Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville hereby provides its Notice of Intent to award sole-source modifications to increase the total programmatic Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by $499 Million from $450 Million to $949 Million (shared contract capacity), using other than full and open competition on the current Facilities Repair and Renewal (FRR) Sixth (VI) Generation MATOC, which consists of four (4) 8(a) businesses, seven (7) small businesses and 10 other than small businesses on the basis of the circumstances identified in 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) as implemented by RFO 6.103-1(c)(2)(ii).
