The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO-East NCO 7 located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed price VISN (7) Building 143 Dietetics Flooring Renovation Repair/Replace at Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center Contract as identified in the attached SOW: Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama.

This service will be acquired in accordance with FAR 12 Simplified Procedures.

The requirement will be a TOTAL SDVOSB SET-ASIDE.

Statement of Work (SOW) information is attached for additional information.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238330: Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.

The Small Business Size Standards is $19 Million.
