Pre-Solicitation Notice PSC: R799 - SUPPORT- MANAGEMENT: OTHER NAICS: 624190 – Other Individual and Family Services Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform “Family Advocacy Program”, at Darby Military Community(DMC), Italy. The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) in family violence prevention and identification, and assist in teaching Family Advocacy program (FAP) required classes to include compiling data, coordinating marketing of FAP educational resources and community events, scheduling FAP training for the military components and family members and general community authorized support services in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 608.1 and 608.18. Specific Performance Work Statement will be posted along with the Solicitation. Location of the work: Service shall be performed at Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. Performance Period: Performance period will be base year plus four option years, starting on September 2026. Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract. Funding: Requirement is funded. Issuance of solicitation: Solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted in the next few weeks. Response date: Response date will be indicated on the Solicitation (RFQ W912PF26QA054) Site visit/ pre-quote conference: Pre-Quote electronic conference is anticipated to be held through MS Teams on a date to be determined.
