PSC: S208 Landscaping/groundskeeping services NAICS: 561730 Landscape care and maintenance service Description of the service: This is a non-personal service to perform the total ground maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC. The Contractor shall manage and provide all equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the total ground maintenance at USAG Italy, DMC Areas, as described in detail on the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS will be posted along with the Solicitation. Location of the work: The service shall be performed at Camp Darby and Pisa Ammunition Storage Area (PASA), Via Vecchia Livornese, Tirrenia, Pisa and at Leghorn Army Depot and Livorno Training Area (LTA), Via Aurelia, Tombolo, Pisa. Performance Period: The performance period will be as follows: Period One 22 September 2026 – 21 September 2027 Period Two: 22 September 2027 – 21 September 2028 Period Three: 22 September 2028 – 21 September 2029 Period Four: 22 September 2029 – 21 September 2030 Period Five: 22 September 2030 – 21 September 2031 Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity. Funding: The Government intends to award one Task Order concurrently with the basic contract that is in strict adherence to the established terms of the resultant basic ID/IQ contract. Funds will be obligated upon issuance of each Task Order during the period of performance. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information is anticipated to be posted in about two weeks.
