What this contract is for

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA3099-26-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System code 238330 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered per the Statement of Work (SOW). All quotes must be in accordance with the statement of work, and the award will be based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. Ensure all of the following items are addressed in your quotation: 1) Carpet Company you will be going with, style, and price of carpet, adhesive material and labor. 2) Description of CLIN and Price per Attachment 3; ensure attached pricing sheet is filled out completely. 3) Any applicable prompt payment discounts terms 4) Length of time quote is valid (Quote shall be valid until 30 Sept 26) 5) Contact information for individual authorized to provide pricing information 6) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for System for Award Management (SAM).
