Kerr Dam ADAS Piezometer, Boydton, Virginia This project is to install an Automated Data Acquisition System (ADAS) to improve the collection and monitoring of piezometric data. The work shall consist of: ADAS component acquisition by the Contractor Shallow embankment trenching (approximately 843-linear feet) to run conduit encased instrumentation cable Assembly of thirty-three (33) wireless remote input/output (RIO) units, which will be affixed to steel support poles Installation of thirty-seven (37) vibrating wire transducers (VWT) and connecting them to the nearest RIO units Installation of an ADAS wireless base station (Gateway(s)) and power supply. The Period of Performance will be 180 calendar days. The work site is located at John H. Kerr Dam, 1930 Mays Chapel Road, Boydton, VA 23917. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside.
