What this contract is for
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to DOXIMITY INC. to provide Amion software subscription and technical support. Amion software is a healthcare scheduling platform designed for hospitals and healthcare systems to manage and share on-call and shift schedules for physicians and other medical staff. It provides real-time updates so changes to the schedules are immediately reflected and accessible to relevant staff. The contractor shall provide technical support for all subscriptions purchased. All technical support shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. All technical support shall include but not be limited to major product and technology releases, technical support, updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, and critical patch updates, upgrade scripts, tax, legal, and regulatory updates and certification with most existing third-party products/versions. Additionally, support will include the transfer of data in existing non-Amion programs without significant impact or delays of use. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement no later than July 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party...

How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
