Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Services across the Enterprise The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Development, Security and Operations (DSO) Telecommunications Provisioning Office (TPO) has a requirement for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Services across the enterprise in multiple states. These sites include VA Medical Centers (VAMC), Veteran Outreach Centers, Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), National Cemeteries, Veteran Benefits Offices, and other VA facilities in the Enterprise. The services consist of POTS Line Flat Rate (POTS), PRI (mileage/station link included), DID/DOD (Blocks of 20), and the features include Call Forwarding, Call Forward Busy, Call Forward No Answer, Call Waiting, Caller ID on PRI and POTS, Call Blocking, Voicemail, Three Way Calling feature (POTS Line), Call Redirect feature, Third Party Billing Block, HSI/DSL 3-7Mbps (standalone), Emergency Call Routing, Emergency Call Routing (additional Number), Remote Call Forward (No physical connection), Remote Access to Call Forward, Call Redirect (must include Screening Removal for VCL), Call Screening Removal (must include Call Redirect for VCL), and Hunting/Rollover.
