The manufacturer shall supply two (2) identical, separate structural steel mezzanine packages, each featuring an overall footprint of 34’-0” x 28’-0” (approximately 952 sq. ft. per mezzanine), designed for a uniform live load of 150 PSF with a deflection limit of L/360, a 10’-6” clear height, and a 12’-0” deck height. Each mezzanine package must include one (1) straight, IBC-compliant staircase complete with a top landing and safety handrails. All structural calculations, fabrication drawings, and connection details must be stamped and sealed by a registered Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the State of Alaska to satisfy Seismic Design Category E requirements for Kodiak, Alaska (ZIP 99615).
