PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation announcement of a proposed contract action pursuant to FAR 5.204.

PLANNED SOLICITATION: The final Solicitation for this project will be announced anytime between 15 and 30 days after the posting of this pre-solicitation.
The contract type will be firm-fixed-price.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project includes design, demolition of existing interior walls, doors and finishes, construction of new interior reinforced metal stud/gypsum board walls, new privacy controlled interior glass walls, doors, finishes, low profile raised floor, electrical, telecommunications, furniture and audio-visual equipment.
The work is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
MAGNITUDE OF WORK IS ESTIMATED: $1,000,000 TO $5,000,000 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a SBA Small Business Size of $45,000,000.
This will be an 8(A) COMPETITIVE SET ASIDE The contractor must be registered in WWW.SAM.GOV prior to award of the solicitation.
