The New England District, U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4,055 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within ¼ mile radius of 1472 Riverdale Street, West Springfield, MA 01089 area.

The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately sixteen (16) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.

Must use Government Lease.
