The New England District, U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 834 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within ¼ mile radius of 129 Church Street, North Haven, CT 06510 area.
The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately one (1) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.
Must use Government Lease.

Contractors will need to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS number) for processing their registration.
