07/22/2026 Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to attach a series of documents and issue corrections to this solicitation.

The document “Questions and Answers PT1” has been attached to answer all questions submitted to date.

The documents Standard Form 24 - Bid Bond, Standard Form 25 - Performance Bond, and Standard Form 25A - Payment Bond have all been attached for the offerors to complete.

This requirement will require a bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond.

FAR Clauses 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee and 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds-Construction are being incorporated into this contract to account for these bonds.

The period of performance was adjusted from 120 days to 90 days in the “Dates and Deliveries” paragraph.

This solicitation is also being extended to allow for site visits from the offerors, please refer to the Q&A attachment for site visit details.

The period for questions to be submitted is extended to 07/31/2026 @1600 EST and the submission deadline for final proposals is being extended to 08/07/2026 @1600 EST.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
