The New York City Housing Authority ('NYCHA'), by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals from investigation firms to provide NYCHA with investigative services to investigate claims for personal injury ('Personal Injury Claims') and claims for property damage ('Property Damage Claims') against NYCHA, and to adjust certain Property Damage Claims and claims arising under Regulation 68 of the New York State Insurance Law (the 'No-Fault Law'), as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP. The release date of this RFP is September 15, 2026 (the ' Release Date '). A non-mandatory Proposers' conference (' Proposers' Conference ') will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on September 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m . Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposers' Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend, and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
