FHWA intends to make a multi-award indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The potential awardee(s) shall provide all necessary facilities, trained personnel, and subject matter experts to perform the tasks.

The contractors shall execute LTPP data collection, storage, and presentation for both historical and newly acquired pavement performance datasets.

The scope also includes conducting comprehensive data analysis and translating research insights into usable engineering tools, guidelines, and program products.
