GENERAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) part 12.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA664326Q0004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for non-personal Aeromedical Case Management support services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns (Total 100%).
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
RESPONSE TIMES Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at [email protected] no later than the date and time specified in this solicitation (07 August 2026, 4:00 PM EST).
The email subject line shall read: “Quote Submission: Aeromedical Case Management Support – [Insert Offeror Name]”.
Questions must be submitted electronically via email to the aforementioned Contracting Officer.
Note, questions must be submitted no later than Friday, 31 July 2026 by close of business.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated Period of Performance consists of a 12-month Base Period and four (4) subsequent Option Periods.
QUOTATION SUBMISSION: Interested Offerors shall submit quotations in accordance with the attached SF1449.
