This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101 (DFARS CD 2026-O0003), Methods of disseminating information. However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement within the required timeframe. All capability statements must be received no later than 31 July, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
