The East Orange VA Medical Center 385 Tremont Ave.
East Orange NJ 07018 and the Lyons VA Medical Center 151 Knollcroft Rd Lyons NJ 07939 have a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) providing demolition and asbestos abatement services in support of in-house projects at both locations.
All work completed under this contract shall comply with applicable Infection Control requirements and the New Jersey Administrative CodeA (NJAC) 5:23-8, Asbestos Hazard Abatement Subcode, and NJAC 12:120 governing asbestos abatement, licensing, and permitting requirements.
The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, services, supervision and facilities to perform, accomplish, and deliver the required services detailed in this scope of work.
The magnitude of this project is between 1 million and 2 million.
The NAICS Code is 236220 "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction", with a size standard of $45M.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the East Orange and Lyons VA Medical Centers.
This is not a solicitation.
