This requirement is Full and Open Competition (FAOC), Brand Name or Equal, Open Market In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul PART 12.

Award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

All quotes must be received no later than Thursday, July 30, 2026.
