What this contract is for
The Embassy of the United Stated of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia has requirement for the acquisition of Gasoline 95 and Diesel supply for GOVs at the United States Embassy located within the Diplomatic Quarter at Abdullah Ibn Hudhafah Al-Shami Street at Roundabout No. 9. Scope of Contract: The Contractor shall supply gasoline 95 and diesel through a station that is in the Diplomatic Quarter (DQ) or five (5) kilometers around the DQ to the official vehicles of the Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. SCOPE OF CONTRACT: The Contractor will provide comprehensive gasoline supply services to the U.S. Embassy Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The anticipated performance period is for one base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, electronically, to [email protected]. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. When the solicitation is available, the Embassy of the United States in Saudi Arabia will post this solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov . The U.S. Government intends to award a contract which meets all the solicitation requirements to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The U.S. Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. The U.S. Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
