Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated solicitation (Combined Solicitation Ver 4 - FA460026Q0101 - 9.15.26).

This update states "The offeror shall provide with its offer a written plan describing how it will continue to perform the essential contractor services listed in attachment 01 - PWS - Section 5.1.4, Mission Essential Contractor Services, dated 15 June 2026, during periods of crisis.

This plan shall be in accordance with DFARS 252.237-7024 Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services." Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Q&A document (Attachment 05 - Questions and Answers Ver 2 - 9.15.26).

This updates that “All Contractor personnel shall provide and maintain the appropriate security clearances as required for access to the SATCOM Campus.

This includes a minimum of a Secret clearance, with Top Secret clearances required for personnel accessing TS/SCI areas.

Contractor shall provide minimum personnel clearance within 180 days of employee start date.”.As well as the DD0254 (Attachment 09 - dd0254 - 9.15.26).

Offerers must submit Attachment 09 - dd0254 - 9.15.26 with their submission.

Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 15 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT as well as upload an updated combined solicitation to reflect the extension (Combined Solicitation Ver 3 - FA4600Q0101 - 9.14.26).

No further extensions will be granted.

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to upload Attachments 05 - 08 as well as additional apendix A - I.
