This is an amended Solicitation for an automated small-arms parts management crib designed for secure, serialized, and controlled dispensing of armory components.
Please review the attached Specification Sheet for details.
The product must be accompanied by a 5-year standard warranty (for Department of Defense).
The quote must list additional costs, if any, for delivery, freight/shipping, installation/set-up, and training of personnel.
Delivery/set-up/training personnel may need to be able to pass a background investigation in order to gain access to the installation.
Should you have any questions regarding this notice and/or product(s), please submit them to the primary Point of Contact no later than Sep 14 at 12:00p.m. (MDT).

Additional Details (provided by customer): (1) dispensing crib with 19” touchscreen, max capacity of 1,856 bins, management PC and license software, 82 automated modular locker doors, combat arms database and parts bin configuration with 2 custom reports, and 620 weapons parts cups.
The system will be utilized by Security Forces personnel who provide small arms training to military members on the installation.
There is no set number of users who will have access to the system.
CLIN 0001 - This CLIN will be reserved for the unit itself.
Additional CLINs will be reserved for separate line item costs associated with delivery, freight/shipping, installation/set-up, and training of personnel.
