The City of Santa Fe ("City") is seeking bids from qualified and experienced vendors to provide distribution and fulfillment services for the City’s annual Santa Fe Visitors Guide . The selected vendor will receive, securely store, inventory, and distribute approximately 100,000 copies of the Visitors Guide to specified and targeted visitor-information locations throughout New Mexico and surrounding states. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the Visitors Guide is consistently available to prospective visitors and travelers at high-traffic visitor information centers, hotels, attractions, chambers of commerce, welcome centers, businesses, and other locations with brochure racks or comparable visitor-information displays.
