Description of Services: The U.S.

Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Multifamily Housing requires contractor support to conduct onsite inspections of new construction and substantial rehabilitation of multifamily housing projects and performing various inspection tasks.

These services will provide HUD with the field/site data necessary to make informed decisions regarding the construction/rehabilitation phase of HUD multifamily mortgage insurance underwriting and capital advance programs.

Acquisition Strategy: The Government is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) 86614126R00002 on SAM.gov with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12/15/ as a small business set aside.

This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for small business concerns.

Only proposals submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government.

Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not [insert either “a small business concern” or specify a subset of small business concern] will not be considered for award.

Services: The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs), terms and conditions.
