Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District is issuing the sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for construction.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.

The work to be performed is to construct a Master Breacher Course on Griswold Range for the Regimental Special Troops Battalion (RSTB) of the 75th Ranger Regiment Fort Benning, Georgia.

The Regimental Master Breacher Course on Griswold Range is to include the following: Four Army Special Operations Forces Live Fire Breach facilities; a hard target defeat wall; two door breach stations; an enclosed approximately 1,000 SF storage facility and an approximately 2,000 SF 36 PN classroom facility.

Building systems will include information systems.

Supporting facilities include all related site-work and utilities (electrical, water, sanitary sewer, and information systems distribution), lighting, storm drainage, and other site improvements.

Furnishings are required in the classroom facility.
