The proposed contract requirement is for the purchase and installation of audio equipment at the United States Naval Academy, Macdonough Hall Gym, Annapolis, MD, for which the Government intends to solicit and award, on a brand name basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to authorized resellers and dealers of BI AMP, TASCAM, NETGEARD, CROWN, JBL, and DESONO products on a other than full and open competition basis.

As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns.
