Enviroware is an application utilized by NIH to track and manage Hazardous Waste generated at the NIH main campus and off-site facilities.

The annual maintenance and support agreement will provide for continued support of Division of Environmental Protection’s Waste Tracking Management Information system (aka: Enviroware) This agreement is to maintain Enviroware in good operating condition and to ensure that existing systems and all components are in good working order and meet all applicable codes and software developer specifications.

This Presolicitation notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Solicitation, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or, quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

Responses shall be submitted electronically to Jacob Balenson via email to [email protected] no later than 1400 (Eastern Time), 9/28/2026.

Emails must reference Presolicitation Number 75N98026Q01213 in the subject line.
