Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon, Portugal, will launch the solicitation on www.sam.gov website when it becomes available. The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a project that requires the excavation and installation of a permanent water bypass line from our water tanks between the Chancery and the Manor House. In addition, this project also requires the replacement of the old drainage piping located at the Manor House. Both sites are located at Avenida das Forças Armadas, Lisbon. The magnitude of this project is: 30.000 Usd. With Vat Included The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable /best value offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
