The 188th Wing, AR, ANG, intends to sole source the delivery and instialltion of the intrusion detection and access control to our F-35 Warehouse that is currently in place at the wing, to Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826.
Advantor is the only approved/authorized Access Control and Intrusion Detection System contractor for the security system at the 188th Wing.
This procurement is being made pursuant to RFO FAR 6.103-1, for other than full and open competition: only one responsible source.
Advantor is the sole manufacturer of the current system in place.
All qualified sources must respond not later than 11:00 a.m.
CST on 27 Sept 2026.
This requirement is not currently funded.
If funds become available before 30 Spetember 2026, an award will be made to Advantor.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government Responses should be emailed to the Contracting Officer, MSgt Robin Swaim-Cherry at [email protected].
