Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Non-micronized Pentaerythritol in accordance with drawing 36-1-317, Rev F.

The forthcoming solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed price contract that contains a 100% Option Quantity, to be evaluated at time of award.

The forthcoming solicitation will be issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a non-commercial supply and will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.

The following are the expected Contract Line Items (CLINs): CLIN 0001: Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol Requirement: Shall be produced IAW drawing 36-1-317, REV F, dated 02 November 2018 (Attachment 0003) Quantity: 41,800 lbs.

CLIN 0002: First Article Test (FAT) Requirement: Required prior to run of production quantity.

CLIN 0002 shall be produced IAW drawing 36-1-317, REV F, dated 02 November 2018 (Attachment 0003) Quantity: 2 lbs. / 1 each OPTION: CLIN 1001: Non-Micronized Pentaerythritol Requirement: Shall be produced in accordance with (IAW) drawing 36-1-317, REV F, dated 02 November 2018 (Attachment 0003) Quantity: 41,800 lbs.
