What this contract is for

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one (1) brand-new, factory-produced MY2026 or newer high-roof 17 m3 class cargo panel van, left-hand drive, diesel, manual or automatic transmission, Euro 6D-Final/Turkish-EU homologated, and meeting Section 1 requirements. The requirement is stated by salient characteristics only and does not identify a required make or model. To submit a quotation, follow Section 3 and complete the required portions of the attached document. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation. Only quotations from manufacturers, manufacturer-authorized distributors/dealers, authorized resellers, or certified resellers with proof of authorization and warranty/support capability for the offered vehicle in Türkiye will be considered. Award may be made on initial quotations, without discussions. Quotations must be submitted no later than 15:00 (local time) on Friday, July 31, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered. Quotations must be in English; incomplete, unsigned, conditional, or open-ended quotations may not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. The submission must be in MS Word, MS Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. The file size must not exceed 30 MB. If the file size exceeds 30 MB, submit the quotation in separate files attached to separate emails, each below 30 MB. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in written English to [email protected]. All questions must be received prior to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24th, 2026.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
