What this contract is for
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a single-award, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) delivery-order contract for new Apple iPhone 17 base model smartphones, 256GB capacity, Black preferred, for official use by Mission Türkiye. The contract minimum quantity is ten (10) units and the maximum contract quantity is one hundred (100) units for the ordering period ending September 30, 2026. The Government will satisfy the minimum guarantee by issuing one or more funded delivery orders totaling at least ten (10) units; quantities above the minimum will be ordered only if and when an authorized delivery order is issued and funded. All devices must be new, genuine Apple products sourced through Apple Türkiye authorized distribution channels, legally imported and BTK/IMEI compliant for use in Türkiye, and covered by a minimum two-year Apple Türkiye manufacturer warranty through authorized Apple service providers. Please follow Section 3 of the solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached document, and submit your response electronically by the deadline stated below. The attached solicitation controls in the event of any inconsistency between this cover letter and the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. This acquisition is for commercial products and will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.
