2.0 INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND The T-7 Systems Program Office (SPO) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of manufacturing and providing peculiar packaging, specifically an engine shipping container (part number 21C11300G03), for the General Electric F-404-103 engine.

The F-404-103 engine requires specialized, peculiar packaging to ensure its safe handling, transportation, and long-term storage without degradation or damage to the asset.

The purpose of this notice is to gauge industry capabilities and identify qualified contractors, including small businesses, capable of meeting the requirements outlined below.

3.0 REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The Government requires a highly durable, specialized shipping and storage container designed exclusively for the GE F-404-103 engine.
