The requirement includes installation of underground fuel-transfer conduits, electrical conduit routes, communications conduit routes, pull boxes, grounding points, concrete-encased roadway crossings, open-cut trenching, backfill, compaction, stone-road restoration, testing, quality control, submittals, and closeout documentation.
