VENDORS WHO PLAN TO FURNISH A QUOTE ARE OBLIGATED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT TO BE ELIGIBLE TO QUOTE.

TO PROVIDE A QUOTE - FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DOCUMENT.
