Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to AG Grid Limited (CAGE U1NR0 ), on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 6.103-1, one responsible source.

The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) located in Cherry Point, NC, has a requirement for AG Grid Developer and Application Charts licenses in support of the Vitual Technical Assistance and Maintenance Program (VTAMP).

AG Grid Limited is the only entity with the legal right to license and distribute the proprietary Enterprise software required to integrate with existing systems and standards.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within four (4) calendar days of the date of the publication of this special notice, will be reviewed.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
