The objective of this CFS is to solicit the most rapid, cost-effective, and technically sound solution to deliver the following operational outcomes: 1) A Doctrinal Gate to Live Fire; 2) A True Combined Arms Environment; 3) Full Mission Command Concurrency; and 4) Open system architecture with published SDKs and APIs to enable user manipulation and rapid integration of future capabilities.
