The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to demolish, remove, and legally dispose of existing playground surface material and to furnish and install new pour-in-place rubber surfacing at two infant playground areas located in front of Building 1257 at Little Rock AFB.

A site visit will be held on 8 Sep.

2026 at 10:00 AM CDT.

Vendors shall meet at Little Rock AFB Visitor Center.

Vendors must have a REAL ID to access Little Rock AFB.

Vendors will then walk/drive to the actual site of contract performance.

Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable.

In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
