Amendment Three (3) – The solicitation due date has been extended to 1:00pm MDT September 18, 2026.
The Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) waiver remains under review by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Amendment Two (2) The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby amended to incorporate FAR 52.219-33, Nonmanufacturer Rule, in full text.
The Government is concurrently pursuing a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for this requirement.
As of the date of this amendment, a waiver has not been granted.
If a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule is granted prior to award, the Government will amend the solicitation accordingly and notify all offerors of the change.
The quotation submission deadline is hereby extended to September 11, 2026.
