See attachment 1 (SOW) Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Malmstrom AFB, Montana intends to award a sole source contract to TROXLER ELECTRONIC LABORATORIES, INC. to provide Troxler Model 4540 EGauge Combo for use of the 819th RED HORSE Squadron (RHS).
Troxler is the sole manufacturer/source for the Troxler Model 4540 EGauge Combo with patented nuclear technology resulting in less nuclear material, simpiler operation, less training, licensing exempt, no certifications, no permits, and no permit maintenance while still having the accuracy of a nuclear ground density gauge reading.
The Troxler 4540 is required for 819th RHS by their Unit Type Code Equipment Supply List (UTC ESL) which is the mandatroy list of equipment the 819th is required to have for immediate demployment.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOT COMPETATIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantagaous to the Government.
All responsible sources may submit specifications, salient characteristics, and quotations, which shall be considered by the agency.
If no affirmative, written response is received, the award will be made without further notice.
Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
